General

Absolutely not all of our fabric comes from reputable manufacturers.
We don't have all the images online and often this is because they are not available from suppliers, but we may be able to produce a picture from our sample books if you need to confirm it is the correct design/colour. Samples are also available should you need them.

Ordering

The minimum order is 1 metre of fabric , unless a different quantity is imposed by a particular fabric company. In these cases, this should be advised upon ordering.

After 1 metre, any additional fabric can usually be ordered in 10 cm increments.

The minimum order is for 2 rolls or 2 metres of wallpaper , unless a different quantity is imposed by a particular company, and again in these cases, this should be advised upon ordering.

Unfortunately we had to impose a minimum order quantity on rolls of wallpaper as we found customers purchasing 1 roll from us when they thought they would be short and then returning it when they realised they did not need this. We would advise all customers that if they are in doubt as to how many rolls they require it is better to reserve an extra roll or two from the same batch.

Certain fabrics and wallpapers can only be ordered in full pattern repeats, rather than by the metre. In these cases this information will be shown within the product details for that fabric.

You may order either using our website online, sending you order through by email, or by telephone. Alternatively if your close by and wish to use our services then feel free to drop by and place your order in store.
We appreciate when spending a considerable value you would like the reassurance of dealing someone in person and over the telephone, therefore one of our staff would be happy to deal with all levels of your enquiry including payment, please call us on ++44 (0)1733 230499. We will then add your order to our database and email you a receipt and you can also track the status of your order online.

We are not permitted to supply all products internationally. If you require delivery to an address outside the UK and are in any doubt then please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether we can deliver to you. We do not take responsibility to find out if you are required to pay any import duties or taxes on any goods purchased, and therefore you are responsible for these themselves. We can deliver anywhere in the world if you use our made to measure custom curtains, blinds and upholstery services, contact for further details.

Send us your requirements to [email protected] and again we can check stock availability and confirm price and delivery with you. Then if your happy to proceed you can call us with your payment details, or we can send you an invoice via PayPal or even a secure payment link.

We will then add your order to our database and email you a receipt and you can also track the status of your order online.

Like all online retailers of these at times high value products we do not hold stock and therefore once the order is placed with us we order from our suppliers. Your order is placed on backorder which means therefore your order is allocated to stock that is due in, if we did not take payment before then we would not be able to place it on order as we are unable to reserve any stock that is not physically held by our suppliers.

Please add any further information such as curtain measurements if you require a curtain quote.

If you login into your account using the top right login you will be direct to the admin section of your account. From here click on view my order status and it will bring up the order management section which shows all the orders. "Authorized" means the order request has been confirmed between us, "Order in Progress" means we have confirmed stock availability or advised on when stock is due and therefore the order is in progress. "Shipped" means the item has now been dispatched and "Completed" means we understand it as being delivered.
Yes within the check out process before payment you have the opportunity to enter your VAT number and therefore VAT will be deducted from the order value.
If using our webcart then payments are taken securely through either PayPal, or Barclays. Most debit and credit cards accepted including Amex.

Yes please contact us with regards to your order and we can give you the necessary information.
The price may have changed because we have to take into account and make adjustments to the price shown because of increases in our supplier's prices. We also from time to time make commercial judgements and may have a sale/promotional price that has come to an end.
We show both the inclusive and exclusive price of each product on the product information page. The prices shown on the category pages or search results are VAT inclusive.

Pricing

A £11 delivery charge is applied to all orders under £100 whilst orders of £100 or more are delivered free of charge within mainland UK on a standard delivery. Deliveries for outside of the UK are calculated within the web cart, once you begin the checkout process you will be provided with a shipping estimate and the option to proceed.
If the items are in stock please allow 3-5 business days for standard deliveries. Next day delivery maybe available but at extra cost please contact us for more details. In some cases stock is held abroad and therefore delivery can be 10-14 business days but normally this is indicated in the products description, or in the delivery aim of the product detail pages.

Delivery

This maybe possible but at extra cost and the order would normally have to be placed before 11am to ensure a next day service is available please contact our office on 01733 230499 for more information.
Yes during checkout you can enter a different address so we can send the item direct to either your workplace or even an upholsterer or curtain maker. If you need to split you order to be sent to different address please contact us and we can arrange for this, however dependent on the product and/or order value we may have to charge a delivery cost.
We use UPS for our main deliveries, however in some instances we may also use Parcelforce.
This can be down to the drivers discretion sometimes the item if no response the driver may leave at a neighbours and inform you via a card through your door, or they may leave in a porch or lobby.
Please advise in the additional information section of the order form if you would like your order leaving either with a neighbour or somewhere else.
Yes when your order is dispatched we will send you confirmation via email containing your parcel tracking number(s) and a link where you can track your delivery.
We ship with UPS and our standard delivery to most locations within the UK means the order is delivered the very next day. They have up until 6pm to make delivery but the majority of the time deliveries are made in the morning.
Yes if you need an order delivered on a particular date/day please indicate this in the additional information section of the order form. If there are any issues with us not being able to meet your requirements we will contact you to discuss.

In the unlikely event of this happening but if in the event that there has been any damage to the order in transit to you, please advise us by 12 noon the day after delivery, so that we can instigate a claim with the courier.

We will then arrange for the damaged parcel to be collected from you, and a replacement to be sent to you as quickly as possible.

With UPS normally our deliveries are Monday-Friday 8am-6pm, if it is essential you require a Saturday delivery we will try and accommodate your request but it may cost extra so please contact us on 01733 230499 for further details.
If you do miss the first delivery attempt our couriers will leave a card through your door with a phone number to call. Simply call this number and tell the couriers what day you would like them to re-deliver on and they will arrange this for you free of charge. Or they will try and make a delivery the next working day.

If the order has not been processed by the fact the order status in your account page has not been updated to "order in progress" then it is possible to cancel the order in full. If the order has been placed in progress then it still is possible to cancel but because some of the items we sell such as fabrics and wallpapers sold by the meter are classed as be-spoke you may incur a handling charge as a cancellation fee. It maybe possible please contact us and we can see if we can help you, however is some circumstances where the items have been dispatched by our suppliers you will have to place a new order for these items.

Of course under the Distance Selling Regulation Act you may return any product purchased from us for a full refund so long as you inform us in writing or by email within 7 days of your order being delivered, and the item(s) are in their original packaging undamaged. We do appreciate your business so will assist you in anyway possible.


However please note that a cut length of fabric, trimming or wallpaper sold by the meter is classed as a bespoke item, in that the specific length has been cut especially for you.
